I believe that the fact that Romanian doctors are emigrating every year has its good and bad parts.
One the one hand, it brings good for them. They earn much more money than they would here, because that is why they are leaving, our state does not pay doctors very well despite of the conditions in which they work.
On the other hand, it is bad for our country's future and also for they mental health. Many of them are leaving on their owns. No family, no friends. All they do is just work, forgetting how important is to have people close to you. Also, if young doctors are leaving the country, that means our country will have the same doctors that will, at some point, get older and older.
In my opinion, if our state would give the more money, they would stay and it wouldn't be a problem nor for them, nor for us, because the fact that they are leaving is bad for both of us.
