There are many responsibilities that come with the privilege of driving a car . It's a fact , that young people are more careless than adults , but that should not affect the right to drive. I believe that i should drive a car as soon as possible, being a young person, for a number of reasons.
Firstly , the independence that comes with the driving license is necessary for the harmonious growth of the individual. It learns to be more responsible and appreciate the values of life.
Secondly , the preoccupation to prepare for the driving license is an educational way to occupy my free time. Instead of doing bad things , i can learn this new thing for me.
Admittedly , people do not have full confidence in a young man and prefer to grow the age limit for getting the driving license. Often,  young people are not appreciated when they drive a car , but not all of us are the same.
In conclusion , according to the arguments presented i believe that i should drive a car as soon as possible.
