I think we should not focus on the financial situation when we want to talk to someone. If someone is richer or poorer than you does that does not mean he is a little "human" than you. Human quality does not look like money , clothes, accessories.We can be friends. If you have something in common with a person, you talk and you make friends with her, I do not think money would be a problem.
                Let' s say you know a person who are more rich than you and that person want to buz you some things, you shouldn't let her do that unless you get back the money she spends because you shouldn't let her to buy your frendship.
                We are all humanas !!! We can't say the next thing:"If you are poor you that means you can't tak to me!",that is bad!!!
