The phenomenon of the emigration of the Romanian young people has become a worrying phenomenon due to its large amplitude, its limited reversibility, the significant losses of active intelligence and power of action that it entails. ............[anunta ce vei sustine, cu profesorii]  Thus, teachers must support students to stay in this country, Romania.
Firstly, Romania needs its people. Teachers should encourage students to stay in this country, because the country needs workforce to be able to evolve and advance. Romania needs its people.[muta la inceput, ca topic sentence] Otherwise, the country will involve. ........... regress
Secondly, students emigrate so that they can create a better future. Teachers should encourage students to stay here to create that better future in this country, in Romania. 
However, finding an advantageous job abroad can be a successful combination of their efforts. Of course, they can do their job in ideal conditions, perfecting themselves, as it could not have happened in the country.
In conclusion, teachers should encourage students to stay here, in order to make Romania a better country.  ...........[rezuma argumentele] Romania needs its people, and if students stay here, they can create a better future in this country.
