Dear sir/madam
I am writing to complain about my experience in your restaurant that i got the chance to visit for a bussiness meeting...........[cand, cu ce ocazie]. I believe your advertisement was misleading in a number of ways
Firstly, your waiters were very slow. I had to wait an unusual period of time for them to come and take my order. They also seemed very bored which led to them being rude.
Secondly, I wanted to use the restroom which was horribly dirty. The mirrors had stains everywherewhile[uneste propozitiile] the toilets were dirty and an awful smell was in the air. Finally, the running water was so dirty that it even had a color which, as I can imagine you know, should not happen.
As you can imagine, i am quite disappointed .and
I would like to ask you to take care of these little problems if you want a restaurant that everyone heard of and wants to visit ...............[cere ceva]. i look forward to receiving a prompt reply
