Păcală is the main character of the movie " Pacala se intoarce" . This movie is achieved launchedafter the first soap opera "Pacala"
The character comes inatRomania , without personal papers ,but he negotiates with the tax collector and Pacala answers to all the riddles (ghicitori)for crossing the border. He gets. married with a village girl and they receive a door for building their house.
Throughout the movie, Pacala treatsthe humain stupidity with irony.
Pacala is a village man ,all the time he wears all the time traditional clothes ,like a white  skirt and a jacket,with a black hat.
He has medium black length hair , black eyes and a medium height.
Apparently,Pacala is the stupid man in the village , who talks nonsense,but in fact, the irony he uses..... all the time is a sign of her itsintelligence.
The humain stupidity is a joke for him,not a way reasonto be nervous. So, the positivity is a quality,besides the smart irony.
Like every humain, healso has also faultiesflaws. Pacala talks more than he does ,it's a little bit bragging.
In conclusion, Pacala is a traditional character who describes the rRomanian  stereotype with traditions and  actions.
Around him,it s illustrated the rRomanian life in villages.
