It is appropriate to try to eat as healthy as possible

Many food specialists state that "you are what you eat". This leads you to the idea that eating should not be a purpose in life, but a means to live a healthy life. If your life and body are healthy, your mind will be too.
   On one hand you can perform better in every situation of life if you pay attention to follow a set of rules of healthy eating habits. In other words, if someone has to do lots of intense activities which require good stamina, they will have to eat properly including a wide variety of food, look at athletes, boxers, forest workers, farmers, marathon runners etc. If someone have a sedentary life, they should not eat a large amount of food because they may have weight problems even obesity.
   In addition to the previous idea, a healthy eating habit not only keeps you fit but also gives you the necessary energy required in your daily programme or routine. For instance you have to have a balanced diet and pay attention not to exaggerate or eat less than you really need. Any of the extremes is bad.
   Furthermore by eating healthy you can prevent illnesses, such as diabetes, bulimia, anorexia etc. By this I mean that these diseases incapacitate you from leading a normal physical life, from having a normal job, from getting 100% involved in your family life and also mental life because the effects can be noticed in your logical and psychological level.
   On the other hand, many people don't lead a healthy life from the choice of food point of view because of the following reasons: lack of time, the healthy food is out of reach or people are not well informed about the healthy eating habits. For example, if someone works until late at night which is why they are very tired, then they don't think they should eat healthy food, but they eat anything, something that they find at ease. At the same time, someone can go through a hard period of time and that's the reason why they might not pay attention to what they eat. Of greater importance is, also, the maturity of people. What I mean is that if you are not mature enough to think abot what's good and what's bad for your health, then you will eat your whole life everything you want without worrying about the consequences.
   All things considered, how cand we answer the next question: What exactly lies in our food? Without a doubt, from my point of view, the answer is that in what we eat every day is our entire future, our entire life, because life means health and health means healthy eating habits.

Your essay impressed me just because I also tend to live a healthy life and I try to eat healthy and natural food. There is nothing more important than our health and thats why when you eat something you should think twice about how healthy and useful it is for your body. We should feel our body and fulfill it with delicious and healthy products. Lets try to be healthy because its your body and we will live in it till the end of our life. So if we have just one life, lets live it healthy and beautiful.
