Eating healthy is a concept old as the world, but just recently it had...... started to take proportions and be a phenomenon in our society. Nowadays we make a big deal of the heathly food and for good reason: the food is full of chemicals, in order to last longer, look and taste better. But the problem, maybe, isn’t necessarily about what we consume, but about how much we consume – I refer here to fast-food types of meals and obesity and other health issues.
It...... isn’t unhealthy to occasionaly eat occasionaly from fast-foods. The most important thing is not to do this regularly. Also, eating is not the only thing that matters..... when it comes to our health, ...........[conjunctie] there are also sport, a equilibrated lifestyle, some benefic routine. For example, you can eat healthy and stay 15 hours of 24 at a computer desk and constantly sleep constantly just 4 hours on night, and smoke, and whatever – a recipe for ending up an..... old man at 40 years ............. . Yet, you can eat semi-unhealthy, but be in a good shape, living without excesses and be very ok.
Albeit Although eating is interlinked with a series of other factors... , it is important nonetheless. Most of the food that we consume today hasve in it some form of additives that are more or less toxic for the human body (because of that you can now buy now a can of mayonnaise and be able to eat it in two or more weeks from opening). Wanting to eat approximatly 100 perrocent] healthy means.... starving to death or starting growing your own vegetables or saving some extra money and buying food from people that produce it in their owns gardens, additives free.
................, It is apropiate and very important to try to eat as healthly as possible - good for your health. Yet, it is also important to make sport and have a balanced lifestyle. On an..... overpopulated earth, food can be a serious problem, so advancement in technology looks.... to resolve this thourgh GMOs (genetically modified organism) and other things, like additives, that can make food unhealthy. So, if you have the possibility, eat healthy and enjoy a beatiful, heathly life.
