It is appropriate to try to eat as healthy as possible?
   One of the most important things when it comes to the healthy and normal body development is food and nutrition. Unfortunately, nowadays, it is becoming harder to buy healthy food because almost all food contains harmful substances to the human body.
   In my opinion, I think it is necessary to try to eat as healthy and diversified as possible to provide the body with all the nutrients it needs. I also think that everyone should care more about eating and we should be better informed when it comes to our health.
   First of all, I want to start with a more and more common question: We eat to live or we live to eat ? Certainly, a large number of people will choose the first option, but the reality says something else. People are increasingly attracted to unhealthy foods, which at that moment  seem harmless and satisfy  their culinary tastes, but which over a long period of time can affect their health. Therefore, I believe we should think more in perspective and not let ourselves be tempted by the tasty but unhealthy food. Why? Because life is short and we have to take care of our bodies to make it as long and easier easy as possible.
   Secondly, the key to health is even closer to us than we think. So, we have to understand that a balanced diet with an optimal consumption of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids and other nutrients provides the body with the energy it needs. This is only possible when we eat as healthyer and more natural as possible, while also maintaining the normal weight of the body.
   In conclusion, it is important to eat healthier to avoid the further occurrence of diseases and in combination with sport to ensure longevity.
