In Romania, everybody after their 18th birthday can enroll to Driving School where they learn how to drive and have to take an exam to get a driving license. In another point of view, in USA the teenagers can obtain their driving license at 16 years ..... and they can drive with an attendant until 18. I believe that the youth should drive a car as soon as possible for a number of reasons.
Firstly, the youth should drive a car as soon as possible because they learn faster. Also(nu adaugi alta idee, ci o explici pe cea anuntata: "asta se intampla pt ca ...), for teenagers a driving license is one of theirs biggest desire and ..... are capable to learn... much to accomplish it. As a young man or women, they have more patience and finer reflexes. Driving at a young age develops better abilities for driving than starting at a later age. For example, a 16 years old is mare focused and has faster reflexes that a 40 years old for avoiding an accident.
Secondly, the youth should drive a car as soon as possible because at this age they have more time for learning and practicing their skills for driving than later in life. At the age of 18, the students have to take a big exam at the end of high school and also be admitted at a good university. They can’t have the same interest as when they are younger for driving, and if they postpone it, other priorities occur like college exams, master, job, family. The best way to learn anything in life is to give it an ample amount of time. I believe the best time for learning how to drive is after the age of 16.
Admittedly, as a younger person you don’t have the responsibility of an adult in case something happens. However, this is just a label and an excuse because responsibility can be learned.
In conclusion, teenagers should drive a car as soon as possible because they are fast learners and they have more time to learn properly.
