Fristly, this is a sure way to ensure the ratio of vitamins, minerals and nutrients that can give your body energy and strength. The foods considered to be healthy are: fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, dairy, cheese; but not all of the food from these categories are really healthy, so most of the time we have to analyze the source from which we choose to buy the least processed one.
Secondly, everyone wants to live a long and disease-free life, and in this case, eating plays one of the most impressive roles, ensuring a long-lasting and carefree life. In recent years, statistics ....has....... show.n.... that 45% of cardiometabolic deaths (heart, diabetes) are associated with food risk factors, and the World Health Organization states that millions of premature deaths could have been avoided if there was a proper diet.
At the same time, there might be some problems which can be considered an obstacle in having a healthy diet because of the unhealthy habbits acquired throughout life. That's a consequence of people living a hectic life, not having much time for themselves to relax or prepare healthy food, usually choosing to buy ready to go food. Many of them are not willing to go through various shops or markets to do groceries shopping, and then cook various healthy food.
All things considered, I believe that everyone should make do at least a minimal effort every day to eat as healthy as possible, even if at first it may seem a simple, ordinary action, in time, all of this can turn into healthy habits that can bring us long-term satisfaction.
