Overthinking is exactly what it means:thinking too much and wasting a lot of time, instead of acting and doing things.
     In many cases, overthinking is caused by a single emotion:fear. When you focus on all the negative things that might happen, it’s easy to become paralyzed. It consumes your energy and disables your ability to make decisions. Instead of overthinking, we should concentrate on our favourite things and start doing activities which makes us happy. We should start by doing different things which develop us as simple people, like reading a book, listen to music, riding a bike or spending more time with our friends. When you focus too much on a single thing or situation , you stop doing what makes you feel good.
     In conclusion, overthinking is only a waste of time because it stops us from living our lives to the fullest and concentrating on our development as individuals.
